On September 11, 2003 we were notified that the Hyatt Orlando, our hosting facility for the conference, would be closing immediately due to a bankruptcy filing and there were no suitors in place to continue hotel operations.

Since that time, we have been working diligently with Orlando area organizations to secure a facility to hold the conference. We regret to say, however, that no facility could be found given the short timeframe and we are regretfully forced to cancel the January 2004 conference. However, we will continue to explore the possibility of holding this event at a future time.

Any conference attendee who has submitted money to attend the Florida conference, or classes at the Florida conference will receive a complete refund in the form of a check during October 2003. We are sorry for this inconvenience and look forward to serving you again in the near future.
